Is "M-AUTOWERKS™" Reliable?

Yes, we're committed to quality at "M-AUTOWERKS™". We carefully test every product to meet our high standards and focus on delivering reliable service to our customers. When you shop with us, you can trust that you're getting products and support you can depend on.

What is your return policy?

You'll have 30 days from your delivery date to initiate a return. Upon receipt, we'll examine the item to verify it's free from damage or defects. Please note that all refund requests are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and store credit will be provided after deducting the return shipping label charge. Approved returns qualify for store credit, exchange, or refund. Items that have been used, damaged, modified, painted, or installed are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Custom products are non-returnable, including: steering wheels, grilles, diffusers, front lips, side skirts, exhaust tips, DRL modules, CarPlay products, headlights, tail lights, spoilers, mirror caps, front hoods, rear trunks, engine covers, mid-pipes, downpipes, floor mats, key fobs, seat back covers, interior trim sets, splitters, brace bars, canards, and similar items. For return eligibility, items must remain in their original condition—unused and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. When applicable, please submit photos and video documentation of the issue to expedite processing.

Can I install this myself?

Most of our parts are simple bolt on components which can be installed with regular tools found in your garage. For some of our more advanced products we recommend a professional installation.

Do you offer a warranty?

We offer a 90-Day limited warranty for manufacture defects. For warranty details about a specific products see the product page. We are committed to serving our customers with only the highest quality products and materials.

What type of carbon do you use?

We use premium carbon fiber tailored to each product - both wet and dry layup techniques - to ensure optimal performance. For specific carbon details, check the individual product page.

Yes, without a doubt. Every product undergoes rigorous quality control inspection and carries either TUV or ISO certification, or has been thoroughly tested by our internal team and certified installers. We only offer products we'd confidently install on our own vehicles.

Delivery typically takes 5-9 business days, though timing may vary depending on the specific product.

Can I cancel my order?

We begin processing orders immediately after they're placed, so please contact our support team as soon as possible if you need to cancel. However, we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has entered processing.

Depending on when you place your order, you have approximately 12-24 hours to request an address change. After this window, we cannot guarantee the modification can be made before shipment.
