Refund policy

Returns

You have up to 30 days from your delivery date to initiate a return. We will examine the product to verify there are no damages or defects. All refund requests are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and store credit will be provided after deducting the return shipping label charge. All approved returns are eligible for store credit, exchange, or refund.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted for any parts that have been used, damaged, modified, painted, or installed. Custom products are ineligible for return, including: steering wheels, grilles, diffusers, front lips, side skirts, exhaust tips, DRL modules, CarPlay products, headlights, tail lights, spoilers, mirror caps, front hoods, rear trunks, engine covers, mid-pipes, downpipes, floor mats, key fobs, seat back covers, interior trim sets, splitters, brace bars, canards, and similar items. Custom products can be identified by the absence of a quantity counter on the product page. To qualify for a return, your item must remain in its original condition—unused and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please submit a video and photos of the situation, if applicable, to expedite the process.

To initiate a return, please Contact@M-Autowerks.com . If your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return portal and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. If the returned item has been used or damaged by the customer, "M-AUTOWERKS™" will not provide any compensation for that item.

Cancelling Your Order

If you wish to cancel an order after it's been placed, please contact us within 1 hour to request cancellation. Reach us via email (contact@m-autowerks.com). After 1 hour, if the product is in stock, it will likely be fulfilled if placed before our 2 pm EST cutoff time. If your order has left our warehouse or been processed, you must wait to receive the shipment, and you, the buyer, are RESPONSIBLE for paying return shipping costs. Canceled orders for in-stock products that haven't shipped yet are eligible for exchange, store credit, or partial refund. Custom-made product orders cannot be canceled for any refund or store credit after 1 hour.

Damages and Defects

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong item, so we can assess the situation and resolve it. We are not responsible for ANY installation fees or charges from third-party businesses. "M-AUTOWERKS™" is not liable for any vehicle damage or personal injury that occurs during installation. Professional installation is recommended.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you receive what you need is to email us to return your current item, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item. This prevents delays while waiting for your original shipment to arrive before processing and shipping your exchange. If you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can assist with the exchange process. Please submit a video and photos of the situation, if applicable, to expedite the process. Exchanges due to incorrect fitment on the buyer's end will NOT be accepted if we don't stock the product. Exchange requests for custom products, such as exhaust tips, steering wheel replacements, etc., are not eligible for exchange.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and reviewed your request, informing you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method. Please note it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refunds are only available up to 30 days after delivery. Refunds for returned products in new condition will incur a 25% restocking fee. Custom-made product orders can be canceled within the first hour for a full refund. If you cancel within 1 hour, you may choose either a 75% refund or full in-store credit. Please note that beyond the 1-hour mark, custom-made product orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Lost or Stolen Packages

"M-AUTOWERKS™" is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If packages are confirmed as successfully delivered and you didn't receive them, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier. We provide tracking information once packages ship and are delivered. Please retrieve your package promptly. Filing a claim with the mail carrier is ultimately your responsibility. "M-AUTOWERKS™" cannot take action in this situation and will not refund or resend lost or stolen items.
