Handling & Shipping Times

Order Processing: Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-5 business days (Monday through Friday).
Shipping Times:
- Canadian Orders: Delivery within 5-14 business days following processing.
- International Orders: Delivery within 14-21 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Note: While we strive to meet these timelines, unexpected delays may occur due to carrier operations or customs procedures. We'll work promptly to help resolve any issues.
Larger Items and Custom Made-To-Order Products (Hoods, Doors, Trunks, Fenders, Front Lips, Side Skirts, Diffusers, Select Spoilers):
At "M-AUTOWERKS™", we specialize in premium custom items designed to enhance your vehicle's aesthetics and performance. These larger components require extended production and shipping times due to their custom nature.
Production and Transit Times:
- These items are custom-manufactured and may involve longer lead times for both production and delivery.
- Product fulfillment may require up to 14 days.
- Tracking information may only become accessible once items arrive at a regional U.S. or international warehouse, as additional time is needed for production and customs processing.
Tracking Updates:
- Once your custom item reaches the regional warehouse, tracking details will be provided for final delivery.
- Contact us anytime for status updates on your order.
Expedited Shipping:
- If you choose expedited shipping, it applies only to transit time after the item is ready for dispatch.
Shipping Rates
Canada:
- Orders Over $500: Complimentary standard shipping to all eligible locations.
- Orders Under $500: Flat shipping fee of $50.
International:
- Orders Over $500: Complimentary standard shipping to all eligible countries.
- Orders Under $500: Flat shipping fee of $50.
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive tracking information once your order ships, enabling you to monitor its progress. For custom items, tracking may only become available once the product reaches a regional warehouse. Contact our support team anytime for updates.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments:
Import duties, customs taxes, and brokerage fees may apply according to your country's regulations. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the customer's responsibility. We suggest contacting your local customs office for specific information regarding potential fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We take considerable care to ensure secure delivery, but unforeseen situations may occur:
Lost in Transit: Once an order ships and tracking information is provided, M-AUTOWERKS™ is not liable for the package. If a package is reported lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. For additional security, we encourage customers to select signature confirmation or shipping insurance at checkout. Our support team is available to provide documentation or guidance during the claims process.
Stolen After Delivery: We recommend choosing a secure delivery location. While we're not responsible for theft following delivery, we're happy to assist you in filing a carrier claim.
